Mayya Saab
Chief Executive Officer
Mayya Saab serves as the Chief Executive Officer and oversees business development, hiring and administration. Mayya Saab has 15 years of experience in the information technology sector which includes business development, hiring, contract oversight and administration. Mayya has also been charged with the development of organization wide process improvement plans. Mayya has effectively managed multiple contracts but most notably, she grew a contract from fifteen office automation staff to sixty highly technical professionals. With her exceptional organizational skills, she assesses projects and tasks, recommends the appropriate project direction, and then successfully executes direction. Under her leadership, a contract doubled in size and revenue in just two years.
Mayya's management philosophy is rooted in maintaining a cohesive team that is committed to preserving client satisfaction. She accomplishes this by instituting thorough project tracking mechanisms, maintaining excellent relationships with clients and building a cohesive team that delivers solutions. She is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in International Affairs. Top
Sam (Naseem) Saab
President & Founder
Sam Saab is the president and founder of DPS Consulting with more than 24 years of experience in the computer consulting and software development industries. Sam's experience is varied and diverse and includes consulting, programming, and business analysis. He always puts the client first and strives to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Sam's role as a recognized innovator in providing solutions to small and mid-size businesses is an outgrowth of his management experience and business philosophies. Recognizing the consistent need of businesses to maximize the efficiency of limited resources, Sam helps his clients streamline their operations, increase efficiency and improve customer relationships.
Sam enjoys meeting with prospects and clients and helping them focus on their need for automation and on building systems that meet their expectations and business needs. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Top
Steve Valentino
Director of Sales and Marketing
Steve joins us with over 25 years' IT sales and management experience in both the public and private sectors. Steve will focus his energies on building DPS Consulting's growth in the short and long term. With his IT background, Steve will tap into his experience of working with many departments within government agencies. He brings experience and diligence to the DPS Consulting's Business Development Team.
Formerly a certified Oracle iPlatform Sales Champion with special emphasis on the Oracle Financials suite of products and services, Steve spent many years helping organizations of all sizes to become more profitable by listening to his clients' needs and efficiently providing the technology solution that is best for them. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Administration, and has lived in the Washington, D.C. region for over 35 years. In his spare time, Steve enjoys the outdoors with his family, snow and water sports, and visiting destinations of great historical significance. Top
Michael Honig
Director of Business Development
Michael Honig has over 26 years of experience in IT services, systems design and analysis as well as project management.
Mike has led teams for both civilian and DOD projects and has an expertise in translating complex problems into manageable solutions. As Director of Business Development Mike acts as liaison with clients and contractors, assists in proposal and report preparation and with project design and management.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Maryland Business School and is active in community service and charitable organizations. Top
Paul Salemi
Senior Systems Analyst
Paul Salemi is a senior programmer analyst with both systems and language experience. In previous positions, Paul has supported Windows and Office versions from XP on. He has experience with Windows server, SQL server and all office products. His repertoire of programming languages includes C#, VB and ASP.Net. Paul prides himself on being a quick learner. He delves into problems and consistently applies new technologies to help solve real business challenges. When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Paul said that problem solving tops the list.
As a programmer, Paul interfaces with the client directly to gather requirements and develop systems based on specifications. Paul has shown exceptional client satisfaction skills and regularly goes beyond the call of duty to put the client first in his work day.
Paul has a degree in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Paul continually finds avenues to increase and expand his knowledge in all facets of technology. Top
Jim Fauntleroy
Senior Systems Analyst
Jim Fauntleroy is a Senior Analyst/Developer for DPS Consulting. Jim has been developing software since 1985 for numerous commercial and governmental clients. Systems developed include an expert system for medical record analysis for hospitals, a labor forecasting system for a major defense contractor, a grant management system for the State of Maryland. Jim has also developed systems that produced customized dynamic web pages for tailored user experiences on the World Wide Web for clients such as The Washington Institute, The National Women's Law Center and The Association for Canadian Studies in the United Sates. Finally, Jim worked on a team of developers who were responsible for the design, development and implementation of a cutting-edge reporting tool for a start-up business.
Jim's repertoire of development tools includes Delphi, Cold Fusion, SQL Server, and Interbase. He holds an MBA in Information Systems Management from George Washington University and a BS in Journalism and Psychology from Syracuse University. Jim enjoys reading, politics and spending time with his family. Top
Jessica Solis
Manager of Client Services
Jessica Solis is the Manager of Client Services. Jessica's primary role is customer satisfaction. She believes that working with informed clients is critical to achieving customer satisfaction and the way to informed clients is through training and documentation. Technical writing is another one of Jessica's strong traits. She has produced multiple user guides for a highly complex system.
Jessica is also charged with general marketing efforts for the company. Jessica has conceptualized and prepared numerous marketing campaigns.
Jessica's well-rounded business management experience ranges from sales, marketing, financial analysis, and administration. She has successfully managed a number of projects including developing and delivering software training programs, implementing marketing strategies, managing large contract deliveries, and performing cost and price analysis. Jessica has worked in a wide range of private industries as well as in the government sector. Her experience in all aspects of the product life cycle and her commitment to excellence equip her with knowledge, ability, and desire to produce results and exceed client expectations. Jessica is a Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing Management. Top
